Thrive Therapy and our child and youth therapists in Toronto strive to assist children, youth and young adults to reach their full potential and become the best versions of themselves. Children today face a enormous amount of issues and pressures that can sometimes make growing up a little tough. These issues include but are not limited to bullying, social skills, self esteem, teamwork and leadership. No matter the issue, we’re here to help you or your child.
We are passionate about helping our clients live life to its fullest potential both emotionally, mentally and intellectually. We help by providing personalized therapeutic work by tapping into our deepest resources. From there we uncover their capabilities, achieve the full expression of their intellect and abilities, provide them with coping tools and new skill sets, while offering support and opportunities for growth.
Our founder Tania DaSilva is a child and youth therapist and counsellor who holds an Honors Bachelors of Arts and Science Degree, majoring in Psychology and Sociology. She is also certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy training that she successfully completed at OISE, University of Toronto. Her passion and love for helping children, youth and young adults overcome challenges has been a driving factor behind her success and for starting Thrive Therapy.
We have a variety of programs for children and young adults of all ages geared toward overcoming issues they are facing. Along with our programs we also provide individual sessions, phone or Skype sessions and even community sessions tailored to individual needs to help with issues children deal with this day and age. We also provide family sessions to help the family as a whole deal with their difficulties.
